MATURE MALE LOOKING FOR LONG TERM ROOM/APT (NORTHERN/CENTRAL NJ GEN'L AREAS)

I am a mature male looking for a long term place to live.
I am looking for a quiet, private, room.
This could be in a house or an apartment.
I would like a private non shared bathroom.
If the room was furnished it would be nice, but this is not a deal breaker.
I can give references and would be willing to give a security deposit in addition to one month in advance.
I work long hours (approx 70-80 hours per week), therefore a private entrance would be best, although I am a very quiet person (and expect the same).
At times I get up very early and don't come home until late a night.
