Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Interface with customer on a regular basis Oversees set up, installation, and commissioning of equipment for field installation projects.
Analyzes corrective maintenance service data, identifies root cause, and provides resolution to malfunctions in operational equipment.
Controls flow and distribution of materials, supplies, machinery, equipment, or tools to be used.
Directs and assigns employee workload within the department.
Plans work and coordinates testing, troubleshooting, and repair activities for continued operation and maintenance of equipment.
Creates and revises documentation as required for operational processes, manuals, and desk instructions.
Capable of utilizing a variety of electronic measuring devices, test equipment, functional block diagram down to sub-system level, schematics, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals, to determine malfunction root cause and provide troubleshooting assistance to field personnel for equipment installation and maintenance.
Implements technical training program and solutions for testing, rework, repair, and maintenance of equipment Conducts quality review of and maintains records for all maintenance activities in accordance with contractual requirements.
Consults with Company engineering personnel to determine solutions to unusual problems in system operation and maintenance.
Interfaces with internal/external customers to determine operational needs, requirements.
Initiates modification or replacement of equipment which fails to meet acceptable operating standards.
Sets and adjusts employee work schedules for maintenance and equipment installation projects.
Responsible for performance management of Field Service Technicians.
Ensures compliance to legal, regulatory, and company policies.
Minimum Job Requirements: Associate’s degree in electronics or technical training in electronics or relevant experience.
Minimum of six years of experience with set up, installation, and commissioning of equipment for field installation projects preferred.
Experience supervising field technician activities Understanding of electronics and electromechanical hardware Computer knowledge to include Windows OS, databases, custom software updates, file structures, set paths for distributions, update/change passwords Ability to comply with Company’s standard field practice and adapt to remote field sites.
Ability to bend, stoop, push and pull in order to work on equipment, along with the ability to lift 50-75 pounds.
Excellent customer service and trouble shooting skills are essential.
Strong technical and mechanical ability required.
Willingness to work day shift with evening hours as needed Must have valid Driver’s License and own vehicle.

Cubic Pay Range: $75,000 – $110,000 + benefits.
The Cubic pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
