Looking for retired handyman or ex super (Harlem / Morningside)

Looking for someone with a drivers license clean, can do all types of handyman repairs, light electrical, light plumbing, flooring sheet rock taping sanding painting tiling install kitchen cabinets sinks grouting etc.
The pay starts at $1200 per week clear take home pay 5 1/2 days.
There will be extra work if you want it.
