The apartment is on a historic, pre-WWII, walkup building, without elevator.
It’s on a fifth floor, last floor and no one else is above making any noise.
It’s protected by a few cameras, one inside the apartment’s hallway/entrance.
Laundry in the building is unfortunately not available but one, do it yourself location, is available only a few blocks away, it’s very clean.
A laundry card can be provided, if requested.
Also many places for drop off in the area.
The guest’s room is on the back of the apartment, so it’s extra quiet.
The room has an air conditioner and I have extra fans available for use as well, just in case.
My apartment has authentic wooden floors, high ceilings everywhere, including in the bathroom, with molding trims everywhere, lots of windows, light, it’s smoke-free and stays impeccably clean at all times.
It stays that way at all times.

The guest’s bedroom is great for a single person or a couple considering the second person is extra.
I prefer no pets, small kids or they need to be always accompanied at all times.
I repeat, Overnight, extra guests, are an extra fee.
The bedroom has a very comfortable full-size bed, a closet, a dresser and a large desk/vanity with Mirror.
In addition to that, there are several items available in the room/bathroom/apartment, for your convenience, like:
Free Wifi, cable, Apple TV with a big flat screen, hair dryer, iron/steamer, towels, hangers, umbrella, blanket, touristy guides, NYC guide books, discounts for some attractions, shows, etc.
The bathroom, kitchen and living area, are part of an eclectic home, filled with interesting curiosities, just steps away from many subway lines.
A quick 20 minutes walk, will get you to magical Central Park, Times Square and everywhere in Midtown.
After a busy day around town, you'll appreciate the chance to relax, away from some of the city's chaos, yet still conveniently located in Upper Manhattan.
An ideal location to explore or work around the city.
Half a block or a block away you can find several shops, bodegas, supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants and more.
Please note the check-in time is after 1:00 pm and check out time is before 1:00 pm.
Any special requests are an extra fee.
