$1,200 Feb/March - Flexible dates - studio for 2-3 weeks on the UWS (~79th) (Upper West Side)

Hey all! I am looking for someone very clean, very quiet and very responsible for my much-beloved and super bright, clean and spacious studio while I go out of the country.
Dates are flexible, around 2-3 weeks ideally this month or even into March.
I will get my ticket depending on when the person is able to stay, so I'm very flexible on the dates! Very happy to show pics, Facetime and answer all questions before moving forward.
Please let me know your name (at least your first), what you're looking for, where you're located right now and your usual habits when staying in someone's place.
Any references from previous experiences staying in people's places would be amazing.
I've done this once before and it worked out really well.
