Hello, I just moved to Miami and I need to transition my lease [with my building's approval and notification.
] I have a beautiful apartment available to transition from March 1st 2024 onwards for a new 12 month lease.
I spoke to my building's management and anyone I find can start a new lease for the same rent that I pay, which is considered extremely favorable since I secured this unit during the pandemic.
I live in a luxury building with several amenities (Gym, Game Room, Rooftop, etc.
) I also live in a very nice area, very close to Hell's Kitchen, Columbus Circle, and Central Park.
All candidates will need to be screened and approved by my building.
