Seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the companies daily financial transactions.
The Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the companies financial activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
*Responsibilities:*
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records for the company including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries in QuickBooks pro
* Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate payments and receipts
* Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to maintain accurate financial records
* prepare inventory reports
* Process payroll, including calculating employee hours.
* Prepare financial reports, including monthly financial statements
* Collaborate with the companies management team to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions
*Qualifications:*
* 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role,
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.
g.
, Excel, QuickBooks, ) and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
